Default Looking for an imperial red extract kit...

Anyone know if anyone makes one of these?
It's for a friend who loves Big Hoppy Monster. I assume this beer uses an american ale yeast as opposed to an irish ale yeast?
I really have no idea, and could possibly cobble together a recipe, but if I can direct them to a kit it would be a lot easier.
Thanks!

Well, they do have all the grains on the website:

http://www.terrapinbeer.com/beers/5-Big-Hoppy-Monster

You could plug those into Beersmith/Brewtarget and probably come up with something close. It doesn't look like a simple beer, that's for sure.

Also here on Austin Homebrew:

This Imperial version of our Irish Red Ale is a smooth flavorful red ale, and then some. Sure and Begorrah! It features Caramunich® and Crystal 120L grains. O.G. = 1.074. Approximately 7.3% ABV.

My LHBS has an Imperial Red extract kit that I've made before. It got rave reviews, especially from yours truly.

Here's a link to the PDF: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/beerkits/beerkits/Imperial_Red_Ale.pdf

And here's the gist, for those of use who dislike PDFs:

8 lb. Alexander’s Pale Malt Extract Original Gravity 1.075
1 lb. Muntons Light Dried Malt Extract Final Gravity 1.019
½ lb. Briess Crystal Malt 40° L Alcohol Content 7.0%
¼ lb. Briess Crystal Malt 80° L
¼ lb. Briess Crystal Malt 120° L
½ lb. Briess Toasted Malt 25° L
2 oz. Muntons Chocolate Malt 338° L
1½ oz. Amarillo Premium Hop Plugs (Bittering)
1 oz. Centennial Premium Hop Plugs (Flavoring 1)
½ oz. Amarillo Premium Hop Plugs (Flavoring 2)
1 oz. Cascade Premium Hop Plugs (Finishing 1)
1 oz. Centennial Premium Hop Plugs (Finishing 2)
Wyeast 1272 American Ale II

Man, I'm getting thirsty just thinking about it!
