Default looking for a good blonde

I'm looking for a good blonde ale recipe to make for my wife she likes beer with very little to no hop flavor. any one have any tried and true recipes for me to consider.
I do extract and extract with grains it needs to be an ale for now because I have no place to lager right now
any and all help will be greatly appreciated

you could try a koelsch, best to ferment at around 60. If you have a cold basement this works out really well.
