Is there a difference in the mineral profile of LME vs. DME of the same variety. IE Light LME and Light DME? Has anyone ever done any testing between the two?
Primary: Cascade Pale Ale
Bottled: Brown Ale
Kegged: Centennial Blonde, American IPA
Next up: All Mosaic IPA?
There is probably very little difference.
LME will have more minerals if there is a difference, since DME is basically dried LME
