I just brewed this up last night with some extras I had laying around. Not sure how this will turn out, but I like the way it looks and smells. It ended up being a little over 2 gallons after trying to get to my 1.050 OG goal.

1.8# Sparkling Amber Dry Extract
.5# Wheat Dry Extract (W-65%/B-35%)
1# Crystal Malt - 60L

.25oz German Perle, 8.3% (60min)
.20oz Willamette, 4.7% (15min)
.20oz Willamette, 4.7% (5min)

Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast

Cracked one open yesterday and I must say that this is my favorite recipe that I have brewed thus far. It is not too sweet or too bitter. Has a pleasant aroma as well. If I make a version of this again I will bottle condition with some amaretto.
