Default Late LME addition question

I'm brewing the AHS Agave Wit tomorrow. I'm doing the mini-mash version, and after steeping the grains there are the following extract/sugar additions:

1 lb agave nectar
3 lbs wheat liquid malt extract
1 lb wheat dry malt extract

What timing would you guys recommend for these three additions?

All in the last fifteen minutes, all off-flame.

Mini mash equals partial mash. Is this a partial mash kit,or extract with steeping grains? If the "steep" is for 20-30 minutes,it's steeping, not mashing. Anyway, after that, maybe add a pound of the LME & all the DME for the boil. Add the rest at flame out. You'll get lighter color & better flavor.

The grains were steeped for 45 minutes. Not just extract plus steeping grains.

I ended up doing the DME for the full boil time and the LME and agave with 15 minutes left.

Well, steeping at 152-155 or so for 45 minutes was more like a mash,as long as you used 1.25-1.5 quarts of water per pound of grain. That'd give time for conversion of the pale ale malt & keep the starches from the oats & wheat from making starch haze,as I understand it.
