Default Just Tried My Second Brew!

Old Stone House Pale Ale

I think this is a great session brew!

6 lbs. DME
1 oz. Amarillo pellets (50 min)
0.64 oz Spalt Select pellets (10 min)
0.425 oz Sterling pellets (flameout)
Fermentis S-33

OG: 1.052
FG: 1.017
Color: 6.0 SRM
IBU: 30.8

Awesome! You should invest in some nicer beer glasses though. Just my opinion of course.

Color and clearity look really good. What kind of DME did you use?

I used Munton's Light DME. My LHBS recommended it over the other brands that they carried. I'm very happy with how it turned out.
