Default Just made a blackberry belgian wit...kind of

I had some wheat malt sitting in the closet tempting me to use it, so I ordered a few extra ingredients and just brewed this recipe up last night.
-6 lbs 65/35 wheat/pale malt
-1 0z strisselspalt (bittering)
-3 lbs Oregon blackberry puree
-a little under 1 tsp grains of paradise
-1/2 teaspoon coriander
-Wyeast Belgian Witbier #Y3944

I just woke up this morning to a lively purple fermentation. I know it's not anything too crazy but I still love throwing ingredients together and hoping for the best.
