I recently made a beer with the following ingredients:
3# Muntons Light Dry Extract
3# Wheat Extract Liquid
3oz Hallertau Hops
Wyeast German Wheat
After 15 minutes added 1 oz hops, then last 15 minutes added 1 oz. hops, Then turned fire off, added 1 oz hops and cooled in ice tube.
It is a little bitter, I want to try it again but with less hops...where should I cut the hops out? First Hop, Sencond Hop or Final Hop.
