Default If a recipe calls for 6 lbs of LME, how much DME is that?

Or do you match the 6 pounds?

1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME

LME is 20% water so to replace LME with DME you would need 80% of the LME weight or in your case, 4.8 pounds of DME.
