I'm going to brew a hefe this weekend using around 7lbs of wheat DME.
I have crystal 15L for steeping grains.
Any suggestions on how much to use? I have a pound.

The clone brews book has a recipe for the Harpoon UFO hefe that I just brewed this past weekend. It had 1# of lager malt, 1# of wheat malt and 1/2# of carapils + about 5# of liquid wheat extract.
