Default I need info from Sam C's Extreme Brewing!

Hey all,

I've lost my copy of Sam Calagione's book called Extreme Brewing and I'm in need of some information. I've have an Imperial Pale Ale extract recipe in secondary for nearly 3 months now and I'm ready to dry hop and bottle it.

If anyone who sees this thread has the book could you find out for me what type of hops to dry hop with, how much of it to use and for how long?

Thanks HBT!

Recipe calls for 1oz Cascades.

As for the length of time, that's a little less clear. In my copy of the book, following the dryhopping step, it says, "Your beer should be ready to package in about 10 days." So, 1-2 weeks? Sounds good to me!

Thanks! I have 1/2 oz. of Cascades in the carboy as of 10 minutes ago; it's only a half batch.
