Here is a great recipe that I got from the owner of my LHBS. I have the Hefe of tap right now, and I must say that it is delightful. I would recommend having a blow off tube ready!

I am brewing a few more batches. Everyone loves it. I love it. Even my dog thinks he'd love it. (sorry doggy, I love you but ya can't have THIS beer!) I highly reccomend it.
