Default Hot Break

Hi,
Extract brewing on the stove top here, and I was wondering how long it should take to reach the hot break in the wort.
I find it takes from 20 - 25 minutes from when I've added the extract.

Am I right, wrong or way the heck off here?

Thanks in advance,
J

Yeah, that's probably right. Depends on the heat output of your range, boil volume, etc. But 20 min could be right.
