I'm brewing tonight and for the first time I'm using 1.5# of honey. Does honey have the potential to burn on the bottom of the kettle like LME? The recipe calls for the honey to be added 45 minutes into the boil. Do I need to take it off the heat when adding the honey or is it somehow different than LME?
