Default Hg belgian blonde rousing yeast 3787

I brewed a Belgian Blonde last Saturday. It's had been slightly over a week and fermentation seems to have stopped. I have read this yeast settled out before its done donuts good to rouse it to meet your FG . Problem is I opened her up gave her a very very light and careful stir as to not introduce any oxygen, but ten I realized I hadn't take a reading so I when ahead and did so and it was at 1.010 witch I'd say is finished. So will rousing yeast after fermention is finished hurt my beer ?

Once all the sugar is consumed (to the limit of what your yeast will do for you), then rousing the yeast isn't going to make fermentation proceed further. 1010 sounds finished to me. Is that where it's supposed to be?

If it's done, then relax, taste your new beer, bottle it, and enjoy a beer. It should be fine.
