Default help with hop lover recipe

so my brother wants to brew an imperial ipa and this is the recipe i put together, tell me what you think. any suggestions would be great!

I think you are wasting hops with that much 60 min hops. Drop one of the 1 oz. additions, maybe add it at 30 minutes instead. I don't think you'll see a difference in bitterness. The rest of the hops looks good though. I've done 4 oz. additions and 2 oz. additions for bittering hops...can't taste a difference, or if so, it's very minimal. Use the Magnum and Chinook for bittering and the Centennial at the 30 min.

I personally can't stand that much crystal in anything hoppy...I'd cut out one of those additions as well and substitute another grain like Victory, Munich, or Wheat for it.
