Default Help with Hefe Hops

I'm gettin ready to brew a 10 gallon batch of Hefe and I realized I am out of Hallertau hops. I've got kent goldings and target. Any chance of using either one of these?

You could probably get by with either. You're just doing a bittering addition, right, and not all that big? It's not perfect, but it's a helluva lot better than using one of the "C"s. I haven't used Target, but from what I gather, it would be fairly appropriate, as would EKG (which I love).

Thanks for your timely response. In the future, I'll check my hops inventory before I start boiling water. I used the kent goldings. It's rockin & rollin 12 hrs. after pitchin.

....that sounds like the start of the lyrics of a brewing sing-along!

Hmm, how about a brewing haiku contest...?
