Default has anyone brewed with hibuscus?

How much did you use for a 5 gallon batch? I'm making a saison and wanted to add the flowers to secondary.

I ma very interested in this as well. A close friend of mine raves about a hibiscus beer that she had in California, and I promised her that I would look in to it and see if there was a clone out there already.

They sell a nice one in Montreal, Le dieu du ciel. It's a very yum summer drink in winter it's not the drink of choice. This is my fav beer and fav pub. Too damned busy. But the best.
