Hello everyone I was going to start a high gravity fruit infused ale. Something similar to soft parade i am just curious to know some good grains and Malts to use wit this an extract brew. I'm not set up for all grain yet.
Any info will help.

Crystal grains would probably be a good addition depending on how sweet you want it. Do you want the fruit to be the dominant flavor?

I would go with a basic wheat beer if you want fruit as a major flavor. Basically a Hefe with fruit added and no grains.
