Default Grain mixed

Hello all-
Newbie here. I'm making an IPA- 5.5 lbs L DME, 1 lb crystal 20, 1/2 lb malted barley. It says to toast the malted barley in the oven at 350 for 10 min. Problem is when i went to my HB store they mixed both the barley and crystal 20. Soo should I toast it all for 10 min or just forget that step? If I bypass it will it be a noticeable difference? Thanks in advance. I have been enjoying lurking through this cite.

No way to separate now, just steep it as is.
