Can you do a full boil utilizing 2 pots on 2 burners? Of course splitting the ingredients evenly and merging it all back in the fermenter? Like everyone that does stove-top brewing, my stove sucks and can barely get 2 1/2 gallons to boil.
As long as you can still chill one way or another, I see no reason why not.
That bayou classic kit is a damn good price.
