Aa makes me think of alpha acids that are in hops... I haven't a clue why it would be on lme/dme

Don't know exactly what the AA means but if you look next to it it list the diffrent brands so I'm guessing its how of "something" that's in the D.M.E. just look at what brand your using and use what it recommends
