I just made an all-grain bourbon barrel a few weeks ago. The recipe I was using was asking for way too much hops, and I was afraid of it turning too bitter. I cut the recipe back and have one oz. of Northern Brewers and Foggles hops. I was wanting to put together a quick extract kit so that it doesn't go to waste. Any suggestions?
