Default Extract Kit w/specialityGrains recommendation

Looking for some recommendations for some extract kits, that have speciality grains. I have been hitting various sites such as Midwest, Austin and Northern as well as hitting a few LHBS but I would like to get some recommendations so I can compare what I have found.

Looking for an IPA/Double IPA and an Oatmeal Stout at the moment.

Thanks!

Yeah, the Brewer's Best kits have treated me well so far. I actually did their Imperial Pale Ale back in July and it turned out great! I just did their Pumpkin Spice Porter on Saturday and the sample smelled and tasted great!

BMW almost always gets good reviews on here from what I've read, though I haven't bought anything through them personally. I've usually gone through http://northernbrewer.com for most of the stuff I wasn't able to get at the LHBS.
