At those temps, I would use one of the following: WLP 011 Euro Ale, WLP 029 Koelsch, or WLP 036 Dusseldorf Alt. If you can use a swamp cooler or some other method to get the ferm temps down to the mid-50s, the lager yeast will be ok.
