Default Easy Pale Ale - Help

So I was planning on picking up some stuff for a simple but flavorful Pale Ale to keep on Tap.

I am looking for a more Floral Earthy Taste....

Leaning towards some thing like

7lb Light LME (4lb added last 15 min of boil)
1/2lb Special B

I need some suggestions on hop type and addition...Like I said I want a good floral earthy flavor?

Looking at something like 1oz at 60 min and 1/2 oz 15 min and 1/2 oz min....Maybe an oz of dry hop....

Will also be using White Laps California Ale.

Ok so i am going with

8lb Light LME
1/2lb Special B
1.0 Simcoe (60 min)
.50 Amarillo (20 min)
.50 Amarillo (5 min)

Using WLP001

Puts me at:
OG 1.060
FG 1.015
SRM - 14
IBU 38
ABV 6%

(Accoring to hopville.com's beer calc)

Thoughts?

Looks decent to me, I made an APA pretty similar with those same hops (slightly lower OG) and it came out great! It won't be floral/earthy though... more citrusy/bright and clean with the hops and yeast you chose

I think you're light on the hops. I use 4 ozs of Cascade in the boil (staggered 60-30-15-5) and then 1 oz dry hop in the secondary for a week. Cascade may be a bit on the citrus/pine side. There are lots of hop charts online to help you pick something else.
