Default 10 days in the bottle

Just to follow up:
after 10 days in the bottle I popped a bottle in the fridge to give it a try and see where it's at: hurray! It is already very very tasty! Banana was the predominant aroma. It will be perfect with a slice of lemon. I'll give it another 10 days or so to fully eat up the priming sugar. I used 2 1/4 cups of DME to prime to get it really fizzy as a wheat should be. And I used strong bottles so I will hopefully not have any bombs. A second batch of Arkardor's recipe is also in its primary for 10 days. Simply love a dunkles Hefeweizen!
