Recipes 

I dry hopped a brew about 10 days ago. I just threw the hops in my secondary (5 gal carboy) and now most of them have sunk to the bottom.

How long can I leave the brew in with the hops? If I cannot bottle soon should I rack off of them?

I've left hops in a brew for as long as a month before. I see no reason why they couldn't stay in there much longer then that.

I dry hop in the keg, and have left them in there the entire time I was consuming the keg, 2-3 months.
