Default Critique my recipe please....

K guys this is my first 5 gallon batch an I have kinda pieces together this recipe after a bunch of research and looking at different recipes. let me know what you think, does anything stand out as looking off before I run a batch. I made it In Ibrewmaster... Thanks guys

Fermentation Steps
Primary 14 days @ 68.0°F
Bottle/Keg 14 days @ 74.0°F


6.00 lbs Wheat Liquid Extract 60 mins
1.00 lbs Oats, Flaked 30 mins
1.00 lbs Candi Sugar, Clear 60 mins

Hops
1.00 ozs Crystal 60 min
1.00 ozs Crystal 0 mins

Yeast
1.00 pkg Belgian Witbier Wyeast Labs 3944

1.00 oz Coriander Seed 10 mins Boil
2.00 oz Orange Peel 10 mins Boil


Notes
Put oat flakes into a grain bag and bring 5.83 gal. of water to 155° F. Turn off heat and let oats steep for 30 min. Remove bag and drain completely. Stir in malt extract and candi sugar. Bring to a boil. Add 1 oz. of hops and boil for 50 min. Add orange peel and coriander and boil 10 min. more. Turn off heat and add remaining 1 oz. of hops. Steep for 10 min., remove hops, cool, and transfer to fermenter.Pitch yeast after cooling.

Looks fine to me. I would add the extract at the end of the boil though.

Would you add all the extract at the end or like 50% at the beginning and 50% with like 10 min. left?
