Default Coopers English Bitter is a damn good beer.

Even with 2 pounds of dextrose instead of DME.

That is all.

If you are into brewing extract beers, you'll enjoy it. I did one batch of Coopers English Bitter with one pound DME and one pound Dextrose and it tasted great! My second batch I added 2 pounds of sugar, no DME, and it is damn good but not quite as good as the first batch.
