i would go with 10-11 lbs 2-row, or american pilsner. is that all it is, or is there other grain or extract in that?

Id use about 8-9 pounds of 2-row.

LME has about 36 points per pound, close to the same as the typical 2-row

7 pounds of LME is an OG of 1.049
8.5 pounds of 2-row is an OG of 1.049

This is in 5 gal. of wort.

Depending on your eff. you could use anywhere from 8 pounds to 11 pounds of grain. Id plan for 70%... and go from there.
