Default Canadian Ale

Canadian Ale is what I put into the fermenter last Saturday @ OG 1.040. I racked it this morning to a secondary and the grav. is @ 1.008. I will keep it in the secondary for a week, then I will put it into a keg. Color and aroma is right on track.

Now, it is time to put another in the fermenter. Maybe this Sunday during the games.

Wow, your OG was 1.020? That is super low... Im thinking your wort was not mixed when you took that.

Your are probably right, I didn't have the wort mixed well. Give me a break, it's been 15 years.
