Ok I need 8lbs of Light Malt Extract. One of my jugs was cracked and all moldy so I tossed it. Now I only have 6lbs of LME, but I do have 6lbs on Amber Malt Extract and 1.5lbs of Extra Light Malt extract. So my question is can I make LME out of this. My partial mash will be ready in about 30 minutes. 3rb batch this weekend!

If it's liquid ME, just sub it out pound for pound. If it's dry ME, multiply by the weight of the liquid you need by .8. You'll be good to go.
