Default Burned LME

Brewing an IPA using liquid malt extract and a new bazooka screen which prevented me from stirring properly, I noticed some of the extract got scorched on the bottom of my keggle. Most of it floated to the top which I screened out.

What affect will this have on my beer?

Taste the wort. Chances are that it's fine. If the wort tastes burnt or scorched, though, it won't improve and it will carry over to the finished beer. It may not be too bad, and you may not even taste any burnt flavor.
