Ok recipe:

11lb 14 oz Golden LME

8oz Crystal 60L
2.5oz Chocolate Malt
8oz Aromatic Malt
2oz Honey Malt
1/2lb Clear Belgian candy

1.9oz Styrian Goldings (60)
1/4oz Saaz (15)
1/4oz Saaz (5)

Pitched in sweet mead yeast

Its bubbling away strong right now, more to come!
