I also had 2 oz of Cascade whole leaf hops I picked from a friend last summer. I added them, a few cones at at time, every few mins from 30min until the end of the boil.
Target gravity was 1.053, I hit 1.050
Calculated IBUs is 72.5. I didn't take into account the 2 oz od cascade added randomly.
