Default Brewing an extract batch for the club

Next month's club meeting I will be brewing an extract batch at the meeting. I've not brewed extract in a few months and I am looking for recipe suggestions. I will not have to pay for any of this beer. A spring time/summer beer would be nice. Maybe a hefe...

6 lbs Wheat DME
0.5 lb CaraPils
1 oz Hallertau at 60 minutes.
WLP300 w/starter

Ferment for 2 weeks at 63-65F.

Pretty straightforward, yet tasty.

Sounds good. Is that for a partial boil?

Sorry, yes. I've done this 3-4 times with a 3.5 gallon boil. Since last I made this, I've upgraded to a larger pot so I'll do this next time as a full boil. I vary this a little from session to session. Below is the last session's brew sheet.
