Does anyone have a good Bohemia Classica clone recipe? I think it would be interesting to brew because it has a golden color but the flavor of a dark beer. It's really good - if you haven't tried it, you should.

Man, when the Mariachis start playing and I've got a big ol' plate of Mexican food in front of me nothing quite hits the spot like a Bohemia!

If Im not mistaken it's a Classic American Plisner.....give the Jamil Show a listen bc they have a show about that style and they talk about Bohemia

I can't say I agree that it tastes like dark beer (even a dark lager), but I can certainly agree that it's very, very good.

I'd brew a clone if I could do lagers.

You could always do it w/Kolsch yeast or some other SUPER clean ale yeast......or at least thats how I roll :D
