Default Bock Bock Doppelbock!

Has anyone got any good extract bock recipes?
I've fallen in love with the stuff recently and despite brewing my own (other) beers, I keep finding myself buying expensive bock's at my local store.
Doppelbock would be good too....
All I can find are grain recipes and I don't think I'm equipped or ready for this yet....

I think he would prefer extract although didn't specify if he would partial mash or just steep.

If Munich extract isn't available would you suggest subbing Amber extract since it may have Munich in it?
