Hello All,

I am going to be making a Munton's Connoisseurs Range Bock Beer that has been sitting around for about 2 years now. I have some ingredients left over form previous brews that I thought might make nice additions, but I am not very good at brewing yet, so I was wondering what you guys thought.

Should I do any of these additions to the Munton's Kit?
- Add DME instead of Corn Sugar
- Steep some 20L Crystal Malt
- Steep some Carapils Malt

I was also thinking that I should just try the kit without adding anything. Maybe the kit is good on its own. Let me know what you think.

I would just try the kit on its own. You may be wasting fresh ingredients on a kit that is not going to taste good no matter what. 2 years old might be a little funny...
