I just made this one. It's fantastic!

I used light LME, DME and added some dextrose to bump up the ABV around 7%

Warrior @ 60mins, cause that's all I had on hand. And used 2oz cascade and 1oz willy in the DH.

5 weeks in the bottle and it is heaven

This was a recipe that I adapted from Nordeastbrewer (see all posts in thread) that I make every fall. Actually upped the grain bill to make it a 8% beer this year. Next year will be 9%. Fantastic and goes really quick.
