Default Biscuit weiss?

I have an extremely solid dunkekweizen recipe that I absolutely love and everyone I know just adores it. I thought for my next batch I would try to add biscuit malt, to increase body of the beer, but ive never heard of anybody putting biscuit malt in a Weiss beer. What do you guys think?

How do you think we have such a wide variety of recipes? Somebody thought it was a good idea and tried it, that's how. If you just want to increase body without changing the taste you use carapils or dextrine malt. Try half a pound in a 5 gallon batch.

Yeah,.5lb of carapils works great in my partial mashes. Good head & nice body. If you want some of what most call biscuit flavor, then try some marris otter in the mash. Tastes more like buiscotti to me.
