Let us know how those 6/7/10 taste
Looking to mess with a few more coopers kits while doing partials aswell

Just as an experiment,I'm going to try ising a Cooper's OS lager can as the extract in a partial mash recipe. I'll keep it light colored with US-05 yeast & German/Czech hops. Should be interesting.

Try there. Haven't been in a while, but should be some good info on playing with kits I think. Also, you can get an excel spreadsheet from the forum there that works a recipe tool but has the info (purportedly) on a bunch of can kits.

Glad Union chimed in, as I think he's been playing with Cooper's kits more than most of the frequent posters on here.

Yes I have. I've made different beers out of mostly the Cooper's OS cans. Used a draught & English bitter with other things to make that first batch of Buckeye Burton ale. Gunna do a couple tweaks on it & brew it again.
Right now,I'm on a ale that thinks it's a light lager kick. But I was given a dark lager recipe recently I'm going to tweek when I get paid on the first. That'll be for my birthday. Next to it will be a rebrew of the hopped & confused ale in bottles now. Different yeast this next time.
See my recipes for some ideas on how I've used Cooper's cans in the past. Gunna go back this year with some tweaks on those I've gleaned from partial mash.

This has turned out pretty well. My wife liked it, but she didn't like me when I said "I thought you would, it's pretty inoffensive."

Anyway, been in the bottle about 3 weeks, was in the fridge about 24 hours when I was drank it. Tastes like a plain yellow beer. Wish I'd done something more with it, but the pipeline was drying up when I threw it together.

A pretty solid kit on it's own though.
