So I just got orders back to the sand box, so I decided to brew a beer that I can leave at home in the primary or secondary till I get back to the states. So why not a Barley Wine? So can anyone hook me up with the best Extract beer recipe for a Barley wine and maybe some pointers on how to make it as good as I can. I have only brewed 5, 5 gal batches so I can use the help.
