Default Back on the horse, baby!

Tomorrow (sunday) I will brew my 6th beer, but first in almost 3 years! I am kind of excited, like it's christmas morning!!!

I have been studying all night and have most of the steps thought out. As usual the whole "make sure everything is sterilized" issue runs through my head. I had to wake my brew kit from storage and hopefully have cleaned everything well.

I will be brewing an American Pale Ale (an easy one to start) and hopefully by New Year I will be ringing in with my brew!

Thanks to all those who help on this site, you don't have to and some of the answers may seem tedious, but we all appreciate them.

Wish me luck.

I'm relatively new to brewing myself, with only four batches under my belt, so I know how you feel. I love this hobby, and I wish you luck!

Default Excellent!

It feels like Christmas to me every time I brew a new beer! I have only been doing this for a year and a half but I have done over 20 5 gallon batches and I still get butterflies! Just remember to save a beer from this batch to drink while you are making your newest batch. that way you are in the groove....
