I'm getting ready to do this one in a few minutes. My question is this, it came with 8oz. of Maltodextrin, and 1lb. of corn sugar. They are listed with the Malt Extract Additions. Do I just add them in when I add my malt???

That should be fine. They don't really need to be boiled, but won't hurt anything.

I added them at the start of the boil.

Another question... As far as dry hopping, it has three, 3.25oz Columbus, 1.75oz Simcoe, and 2oz Centennial. Should I do these 3 separate, or all at once?
