Default Apricot Cake - Now what?

I just transferred a batch of NB's Dry Dock Paragon Apricot Blonde Extract Kit to a secondary and now I have a great slurry which includes a can of apricot puree. I'm relatively new to brewing and was curious if anyone had suggestions on what I could do with it.
