Default Airlock

My fatherin law gave me a carboy and airlock so i could double my home brew production. Im putting a beer in the secondary glass carboy now and realized there is no red cap on top of the airlock - is it still going to be ok for should i use somthing in place of the red cap?

Well, I don't know about that, but if it isn't, you can't blame it on the airlock.

It will be great, no worries
