Default after fermention

ive been fermenting a ipa for about a mouth now when its time to bottle will i have good yeast left over for carbination

Yes.

Also, a bit of punctuation wouldn't hurt. I'm told that people who freely use the period, comma, and apostrophe produce better beer.

You'll be fine, just make sure you prime with sugar or DME.
