Default Advice please

Hi to you all!

I've been reading and lurking on here for about 4 mouths now, so it's time to get my feet wet now.
I love my german beer so i thought i would start with one of the following extracts kit clones from AHS, Paulaner Hefeweizen, Franziskaner Hefeweisse or the Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Any advice from those of you that have brewed these before will help.

Thanks

Well, I haven't tried any of those recipes. However, I believe that the Bavarian Hef is their most popular recipe.

Either way, you can't go wrong with AHS recipes IMO
